Quadra…what?

Oh.  My.  Holy.  Cow.  Goodness.  These little Quadratini bites from Loacker are little wafers of scrumdiddlyumptiousness.

When we traveled to the Central Valley to visit my parents this past weekend, my mother–Mama Teeta, to her granddaughters–presented us with a ginormous bag of lemon-flavored Quadratini wafer bite thingies.  I scoffed.  Not really a fan of the wafer.  But, hey, I was holding a baby in my arms and trying to eat one-handed, so I thought I’d give this dessert-of-convenience a whirl.

Oh.  My.  Holy.  Cow.  Goodness.  Nummy.  There is like this lemon cream stuff in the middle.  And, like another snack out there, betcha can’t just eat one.

And, as if these little manna-from-heaven drops of lemoniness weren’t enough, yesterday I found the dark chocolate flavor at Trader Joe’s.  Can you imagine my luck?  The daughters were all, “Mommy, what’s wrong?”  Mmm.  The only thing that’s wrong is that Mommy will be hogging these all to herself, kiddos.

So much for that forty-five minutes on the Wii Fit last night.
